Chris Fountain first appeared on our television screens at the age of 13 when he appeared in the Granada series 'Bob and Rose' directed by Joe Wright and Julian Farino.
Other television credits include 'Blood Strangers', 'Where the Heart Is', 'Burn It', 'A&E' and 'The Royal'. In the theatre he has played the role of Gavroche in 'Les Miserables' and the Artful Dodger in Sam Mendes production of 'Oliver!'
Since 2003 he played Justin Burton in Channel 4's 'Hollyoaks' - a role which has awarded him numerous awards and nominations over the last few years. He left the show last year.
Chris recently finished shooting on BBC series 'Five Days', directed by Toby Haynes and playing the role of PC Tait. Further recent credits include the lead role of Aladdin at the Manchester Opera House.
In addition to the above, Chris was a runner up in the BBC singing competition 'Just The Two of Us' and more recently ITV's 'Dancing On Ice'. He DJ's professionally, plays the guitar and drums and is an advanced ice-hockey and football player.
Verity hails from Leeds and trained at the SLP College, Leeds. She began her acting career at the age of three years old with her first performance in panto at the Alhambra Theatre, Bradford playing the part of a sunbeam! She then went on to play Tom the Cat in Dick Whittington, Brigitta in The Sound of Music (Yeadon Town Hall) and Lucy Keen in Heartbeat (Yorkshire TV).
Then at the age of 12 she landed the role of Donna Windsor in Emmerdale (Granada TV), a role which she has been playing for over 10 years, and has only recently departed from the show.
Other television appearances include: Des and Mel, Celebrity Stars in Their Eyes, Children in Need, a guest appearance on stage with the London cast of ‘Fame’ for GMTV, Celebrity Family Fortunes, Celebrity Weakest Link, as a guest presenter on T4 and Soapstar Superstar.
Verity recently made her West End debut as Penny Pingleton in Hairspray (Shaftesbury Theatre) directed by Jack O’Brien.
A native Londoner, Jack trained at Colins Performing Arts graduating in 2006. He recently finished playing Hamlet in the sell out run of Hamlet the Musical at the Pleasance, Edinburgh.
Other theatre credits include Lewis in Our House (Birmingham Rep and UK Tour), Danny in Laters (Drill Hall), Issac in Fit ( Manchester Contact/Drill Hall), Jensen in Kick Off (Riverside Studios), Nigel in Matilda (RSC - Worshops), Jackie in the original cast of Whistle Down The Wind (Aldwych Theatre) and Spider in Oliver (London Palladium).
Jack has three feature films under his belt all directed by Rikki Beadle-Blair, Fit, Kick-Off and Bashment, all released this Autumn.
Televison credits include Miranda Harts New Years Eve sketch show, Excluded (pilot), The Man Who Loved the Lakes, Eastenders, Out of Control and Holby City (all BBC), The Bill (Talkback Thames) and Jesse's Girl for the London Film School.
